By now, you may have heard alot about this movie. I have watched this film about 2 months ago (although i don’t know if it will be shown here in the Philippines) and i must say, it really deserves a spot in the Oscars. After gaining numerous awards, i have to say, if this would be shown here, you must watch it. I won’t give an spoiler regarding the film so to surprise you guys and girls. Kudos to Danny Boyle for directing and casting the movie so well.

What makes me praise this film is that is has no special effects whatsoever, it has a clear story and of course, it really reflects the reality that is set in Mumbai, India. Now of course, if you are living here in the Philippines, you can somewhat relate to it. We can relate in one way or another.

Attention philippine movie directors, this film is a perfect example on how to do a movie that doesn’t rely on special effects nor cheesy rehashed love stories that we have seen through the ages.

When the DVD comes out, im getting me a copy.
