Currently out of town… It’s dark here in the barrio.. at least there is internet and weird enough it’s fast here and that my friends is very surprising. Haven’t been blogging lately as i was so busy with work. Sorry for the late updates and i assure you, once the projects are done, i can go back blogging. The projects are almost in the wraps and im hoping that they will all finish so that i can move on with the new project i will be handling.
It’s almost chritmas and got any gifts for your loved ones? as much as i wanted to buy gifts, i can’t find the time (plust the money as well) to go to the mall. Howell, i’ll be able to go to the mall again one of these days.. i miss my life…
Currently playing Left 4 Dead 2 and Modern Warfare 2 and i must say they really are nice games to purchase. Im thinking of a christmas gift not only for myself but also here in the house for my 2 younger siblings. They want me to get us a Wii for this christmas. As far as you know, im more of a sony guy (heheh! in my inner self, i purchase sony products) Well, here’s the breakdown
- Nintendo Wii – Fun games, for the family, Gamecube 2.5
- Sony PS3 - Next-gen graphics, Tekken 6, Metal Gear solid, one pricey console and pricey list of games
- Xbox360 - Good lineup of games, Tekken 6 also, Problem is, the long time use of the console
And so i ask you, if i would be getting a console for Christmas, what should i get for home? Inputs and comments are all welcome. If i don’t get decided on what to get, i just might keep the money in the bank.

I suggest you look into the PS3 more, early next year is looking good for them if you look at the release schedule. Xbox, yea the reliability is iffy, it could die anytime like a newman, plus you need to pay for online. Also, multi-disc games. Wii will be fun, but who knows for how long it can keep your attention, it’s currently swamped with shovelware too.
In the long term, I think the PS3 will be your best bet.

Thanks for the input. Right now, im torn between PS3 and Wii. Since the PS3 console had it’s price drop already, plus the fact that if i add a little more money if im getting a Wii, then it is really a bang for the buck.
As for games, im still a little iffy on the prices. Knowing that some games are also available for the PC.
Still needs an HDTV though to fully enjoy the games on the PS3.
