Motion games has been a trend the video game industry, It combnes fun gameplay with exercise. Some of the popular are Wii Sport and Wii Fit, but someone go beyond the fun and movement and added a personal trainer to the gamers without actually enrolling to the gym. Introducing EA Sports Active 2 for Nintendo Wii. As the title itself, it’s the sequel to EA Games’ Sports Active franchise-which was a massive success. They have been the leader in personal fitness gaming realm in wii and the sports active franchise, and still the most successful.

This game franchise goes beyond the limits of other wii games. In this game they have a motion sensor that straps to your legs so both arm and leg movements are captured via the wii remote. Unlike the wii balance board which is a lot expensive and has a weight limit that stops some gamers from being able to use it. It allows a much more accurate picture of how you’re doing the exercises and is much more strict about doing them properly than other arm movement only games. It also comes with an arm strapped heart rate monitor that displays your heart rate on screen as you exercise, highlighting when you reach certain fat burning levels. The third unique feature of this game is the inclusion of a resistance band that is used with the Wii Remote for strength building exercises. Now you can have the body of someone who’ve undergone a smart lipo.

The brilliance of this game is that you have to mimic yourself to the exercises that the virtual trainer does. None of the exercises are over 3-5 minutes long so you never have time to get bored with what you’re doing before your trainer has you moving on to some other game.

You guys all know the show MTV Cribs? The show wherein well known celebrities show their homes to the public and flaunt i have this and that.

Recently, they aired a segment that shows the house of our Filipino boxing champ Manny Pacquiao in Los Angeles, California. Nothing flashy but… just watch….

Click here to view the embedded video.

So after watching the video i came up with some personal conclusions:

He didn’t flaunt off his HDTV’s nor fancy cars… simple guy

Fireplace in the swimming pool…. cool

Not that big, just right

Liked the layout of the house

Secret Weapon: “Iggs”

Last but not the least, lot’s of Pictures (can you count how many times did he said the word Picture/s in the segment?

Then again, this video suits his home very well:

Tanya Markova – Picture Picture

What a beautiful face….
